The Level 4 Diploma in Human Resource Management and the Level 5 Extended Diploma in Management are a 240 credit course designed to provide learners with the skills needed to succeed in management, focusing on Human Resources within medium to large businesses. These are valuable skills to have and can be used to open up opportunities at a huge variety of employers – from healthcare to hospitality, banking to broadcasting. This course can be your way of preparing for a career at any number of organisations.



The Level 4 and 5 Human Resource Management course is equivalent to the first two years of an undergraduate course, allowing learners to progress onto the final year of an undergraduate degree program at a University.



This course is made up of 10 Level 4 modules and 10 Level 5 modules, each of which will be assessed by one multiple choice exam and written assignments (10 assignments at Level 4 and 8 assignments at Level 5). The Undergraduate Level 4 (Accounting and Finance) and Level 5 (Extended Diploma in Management) are a 240 credit course designed to fast track students to the final year of an associated Undergraduate degree in Finance and Accounting, which can either be completed at a UK university on campus or via distance learning.

The Level 4 modules and assignments of this course are equivalent to the first year of a University Degree and the Level 5 modules and assignments are equivalent to the second year of a University Degree.

This course is made up of 10 Level 4 modules (120 credits) and 10 level 5 modules (120 credits), each level also includes 10 written assignments. If a student decides to only study at Level 4 they will receive 120 credits and can apply for an exemption from the first year of a university Degree course.

The Level 7 Extended Diploma in Strategic Management is an MBA Advanced Entry course, which provides learners with 120 credits of the 180 credits required to achieve a complete MBA. The course itself is made up of 30 interactive modules and 8 written assignments, with approximately 40 guided learning hours per module. All modules have an additional 30-50 learning hours of optional materials that comprise of recommended exercises, recommended readings, Internet resources, and self-testing exercises. After receiving your Level 7 Diploma, you are eligible to apply for an MBA top Up course, either online or on campus at a range of UK Universities. The top up portion will usually consist of the final 60 credits of either, a dissertation, or a dissertation and one module.

On completion of this course students have the opportunity to complete an MBA programme from a range of UK universities. The top up programme can be studied online or on campus. The MBA top up comprises the final 60 credits which consists of either a dissertation or a dissertation and one module.
